But this article really talks about websites misconceptions and how people an average person would think that all of this is legal. IT"S NOT!!!!!! There is no such thing as required Certification. Yes if you go through a school programme you will get a certificate stating the dog (ie product) is indeed certified. (ie for the use). It doesn't have anything to do with going into public. Some websites will try to claim that they are the official site to Register your Service dog. Many of these websites are just scamming you out of your money.
